EPW - Hefsen a Paris, gold and enamel verge fusee, 43mm, 18K gold OF original case with blue guilloche enamel rear, pearl set bezel and rear perimeter, blue enameled band with strands of strung pierced seed pearls, white enamel dial with winding aperture at 2, KWKS (a key is included as pictured), verge escapement, gilt mvt with pierced and foliate scrolled two-footed balance bridge, no visible s#. Gross weight of assembled watch 30.5 dwt (47.4 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: NR, fully wound, balance not moving freely, overhaul needed, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some typical fine to micro-fine scratches; dial with chipping around winding aperture; excellent hands; case shows little wear, no dents, rear guilloche enamel excellent though with small bits of what appears to be adhesive around its planchet seat, band enameling with many areas of chipping and loss to blue enamel, bezel and rear perimeter pearls all present, band with some lost seed pearls; bow pivots freely, push shows light wear; domed glass crystal with few very small edge flakes.
